Pay As You Go (PAYG) Fees Explained

Meter Refill Charge

A charge incurred each time you add postage to your meter for the use of the Pay As You Go facility.

  • Payment by Direct Debit £8.75 + VAT
  • Payment by Bank Transfer £13.00 + VAT

Reduce your Meter Refill Charges by refilling with enough postage to last you a month or quarter, depending on your business needs.

Shipping Activity Charge

An activity fee that is charged for the use of the PitneyShip Pro application, the amount being the greater of £1 or 1% of the total monthly transactions.

Paper Invoice Charge

A charge incurred for each invoice we post to you. To avoid this fee, log into Your Account and opt in to paperless billing.
