Setting the timeout periods on the DM110i, DM160i, DM220i

You can set the amount of time the franking machine takes before it reverts to the Normal Preset or when it enters Sleep mode.

The Normal Preset is a set of values (postage, envelope message, account and so on) that your franking machine screen automatically returns to after a set period of time.

Important: Ensure you set the same time in minutes for both settings.

Setting the Normal Preset timeout

1. Press Options.
2. Press Page Down.
3. Select Time and Timeouts.
4. Select Normal Preset.
5. Press Clear to delete the existing setting.
6. Key in the amount of minutes (from 1 - 240) before the system returns to the Normal Preset.
7. Select OK.
8. Press Home to return to the Home screen.

Setting the Sleep Mode timeout

1. Press Options.
2. Press Page Down.
3. Select Time and Timeouts.
4. Select Sleep Mode.
5. Press Clear to delete the existing setting.
6. Key in the amount of minutes (from 1 - 240) before the system enters Sleep mode.
7. Select OK.
8. Press Home to return to the Home screen.
