Web browser: Audio alerts when pop-up appears
To improve awareness and efficiency in busy, scan-based environments, we’ve added audio alerts for web browser users. These alerts notify users when a pop-up appears on the Receive, Edit, Deliver, or Pouch workflow pages, making sure users don’t miss important prompts.

Mobile app: Easier package scanning for Locker reservations
Mobile app users with access to the frontloading locker reservation workflow can now scan multiple packages for the same recipient and place them in the same locker unit. After scanning the first package, a Scan More option appears, allowing users to add additional packages, even if those packages don’t already have a reservation.
If all the packages don’t fit in the locker, users can either cancel the reservation for all packages or move the ones that don’t fit to a new locker unit by creating a separate reservation.
