Viewing and uploading DeviceHub logs in PitneyShip Pro and PitneyShip Enterprise
You can view and upload DeviceHub logs from the past 24 hours if needed for troubleshooting.

You can view DeviceHub logs from the past 24 hours if needed for troubleshooting, and upload them to Pitney Bowes support if requested.
Viewing DeviceHub logs
DeviceHub logs are found within the standalone DeviceHub program.
- Open DeviceHub (Start > All Programs > DeviceHub > DeviceHub).
- Select the Logs tab.
- Your support agent will advise you what to do with the logs.
Uploading DeviceHub logs
If the Pitney Bowes support team needs your DeviceHub logs, you can upload them from the My Devices page.
Note: The Upload DeviceHub Log Role permission is required in order to access this feature.
- Select Settings > My Devices.
- Select the Upload DeviceHub Logs icon next to the DeviceHub for which you wish to upload the logs.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
