Latest Updates

Web browser: Improved Internal Delivery Address Setup

We’ve made Internal Delivery addresses easier to enter and manage by keeping the Internal Delivery section always visible in an expanded, collapsible panel. Users can now enter an Office Location, Mail Stop, or both and once either field is filled in, a Personnel ID (PID) becomes required. If one location is entered, it becomes the Primary Location automatically; if both are entered, users simply select the primary option with a radio button. The Additional Email ID field now appears only when Send Email Notification is enabled, and becomes required when that option is turned on.

Web browser: Easier Bulk entry for List‑Type Custom Fields

Users with Manage Custom Fields access can now quickly add multiple list values at once by copying and pasting data directly from a CSV file. Previously, each value had to be entered manually. Now, users can open a CSV or convert an Excel file to CSV, copy the comma‑separated values from Notepad, and paste them into the Enter List Values (Separated by Commas) field when adding or editing a List‑type custom field.
