Latest Updates

Windsor agreement – Parcelforce shipping

The Windsor Agreement feature is now enabled for Parcelforce shipments and applies only to items sent from Great Britain to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes). It does not apply to shipments sent within BT postcodes. After selecting a package type and completing Rate Shop, users choose B2B (default) or B2C.

B2B shipments require Sender EORI, Recipient EORI, and a numeric HS Code (up to 10 digits). They also display UKIMS and EORI fields for both sender and recipient. If the shipment value is over £135, users must also enter either Sender or Recipient UKIMS. B2C shipments use the standard international customs form.

Users will now see updated Export Type options and an Export License Number Required checkbox. If both EORI and UKIMS are entered, only EORI appears in History for readability. A new optional SKU field is available for Windsor‑related shipments and also appears in History when used.

Parcelforce migration to Pro Shipping Core - Phase 1

Parcelforce is moving from the ExpressLink API to the newer Pro Shipping Core API V4 to streamline shipping processes. As part of Phase 1, a new mandatory Description of Goods field has been added to the Create Shipping Label flow for all Parcelforce domestic and international shipments. This field includes guidance to enter a clear, specific description, avoid vague terms (like “samples” or “test”), and list high‑value items first. The description can be up to 70 characters and will also appear in Shipment History. Additionally, HS Code is now required, and Parcelforce services will no longer show Extra Services.

Implemented scrolling for Cost Accounts

We’ve added a scrolling function to the Cost Account list, making it easy to browse and select from large lists. Previously, if more than 15 Cost Accounts shared the same prefix, users couldn’t reach any accounts beyond the first group because the list didn’t scroll. With this update, all Cost Accounts are now accessible.
