Managing lockers in the PitneyTrack mobile app

You can manage lockers directly from the PitneyTrack mobile app, eliminating the need for desktop access.

You can manage lockers directly from the PitneyTrack mobile app, eliminating the need for desktop access.

The settings you can manage are:

  • View Locker Details: You can view the package and locker activity for all of the locker banks available to you. These include the recipient name, locker bank location, tracking ID, and status.
  • Open Locker (Inspect Only): You can open a locker to inspect it's contents.
  • End Reservation: You can free up lockers for additional reservations and drop offs by ending existing reservations.
  • Remove from service: You can remove a locker from service so that it is no longer available for reservation.
  • Place in service: If a locker is currently out of service, you can place it back in service to make it available for reservation and drop-off.
  1. Sign in to the PitneyTrack mobile app.
  2. If prompted, select your Location.
  3. Tap More.
  4. Tap Manage Lockers.
  5. Select the locker you want to manage or tap the scan icon to connect to another locker.

  6. Tap Manage Locker Bank.
  7. Tap the locker you want to manage or tap Select All if you want to manage all the lockers.
  8. Select the desired option.
