Web Browser: Enhanced Site Management Permissions
Site management permissions have been enhanced to provide more granular control over site hierarchy management. Administrators can now assign separate Add, Edit, and Delete permissions, allowing access to be tailored to specific user roles. Users with Add permission can create sites, buildings, floors, and mailstops, as well as import site data. Users with Edit permission can update site details and location mappings, while users with Delete permission can remove sites and related hierarchy components. Import options are also controlled by permission levels, ensuring appropriate access to site management functions. Existing roles with Manage Inbound Site access will automatically retain full Add, Edit, and Delete capabilities.
