Allowing users to download and use DeviceHub in PitneyShip Pro and PitneyShip Enterprise

System administrators can choose whether to allow users to download and use DeviceHub.

Allowing users to download DeviceHub

System administrators can choose whether to allow users to download DeviceHub. By default, this setting is turned off. When it is turned off, the Download DeviceHub Installer button will be disabled for those with user-level permissions, and enabled for those with administrator-level permissions.

1. Select Settings > Admin Options
2. Select Allow users to install DeviceHub.

Allowing users to use DeviceHub

System administrators can choose whether to allow users to use DeviceHub by granting the permission to the user role. All users with that role will then have permission to use DeviceHub.

1. Select Settings > Roles.
2. Select the edit icon next to the role to which you wish to grant the permission.
   
3. Under Features, on the DEVICEHUB tab, check Allow Usage Of DeviceHub.
4. Select Save and Close.
