Web browser and mobile app: Undelivered KPI updated to reflect two years of package data
The Undelivered KPI has been updated to include packages from the last two years, aligning the count with the package data retention period and ensuring it matches the data available throughout the application.
For users on the old dashboard, existing Undelivered configurations and status mappings will also remain unchanged. Only the date range used to calculate the package count has changed.
To make the reporting period clearer on desktop and mobile, Undelivered is now labeled “Last 2 Years: Undelivered,” and Today Undelivered is now “Today: Undelivered.”
View Package photos in receiving email notifications
Receiving email notifications can now include Package Photos, allowing recipients to view images associated with their package directly from the email. Users with Manage Notifications access can add the Package Photo variable to supported Receiving Notification templates under Settings > Notification and Templates. Available photos are attached when the notification is sent, and if no photos are available, the email is sent without attachments. This option is available only for Receiving Notifications.
