Control Package expiration dates for shared lockers
Admins can now control whether a package expiration date is extended when another package for the same recipient is delivered to the same locker. The new Package Expiration Reset setting is enabled by default to maintain the current behavior of recalculating the expiration date when additional packages are delivered. Admins can disable the setting to keep the original expiration date unchanged, helping organizations follow specific package retention and pickup policies. Notifications, reporting, locker views, and audit records reflect the expiration date based on the selected setting.
