Managing your products online

Sign in to Your Account to view and manage all products associated with your online portal.

View your products in Your Account

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal. 
2. If prompted, select Your Account portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard. 
3. Select Your Products and click Equipment. 
4. A list of all products associated with your online portal appears. 
   • Use the dropdown list to group your products by  Product Name, Account Number, or City & State or use the search function to filter your products. 
5. Select the required meter from the list to view all details and alerts for that product.

You can view the following information relating to your meter in your online account:

• Connectivity status and method 
• Your current  postage balance on the meter
• Contract status and information 
• Billing and location address
