Running an Extra services report in SendPro Analytics
Use the Extra services report to identify how and where you can realize savings on extra postal services.

Run an Extra Services report to track your spend on extra services such as Certified mail and Return Receipt requested, and identify potential savings.
In this scenario, we want to see which machines are used for extra services, and whether they're using Electronic Return Receipt (ERR).
- Click Reports in the main menu.
- Click Postage Spend in the first row of tabs.
- By default, the Postage Spend tab will be displayed. You can further refine the view by selecting from the lower row of tabs.
- Click By Extra Services
- Expand the rows for a detailed breakdown of spending on extra services. .
