It may become necessary to reset a T6WE to its initial state in order to resolve undesirable behavior. Follow the steps below to perform a successful device reset.
- Be certain that the scanner is plugged into a USB port of a running computer, and that the scanner is powered on.
- Scan the Set Factory Defaults barcode.
- Scan the next three barcodes in sequence to apply the original programming.
- Verify the scanner behavior by implementing it in the desired workflow.
