Making ParcelPoint Smart Lockers available for reservation

As mail room administrator or locker operator, you can make lockers available for reservation and drop-off by placing the lockers in service if they are currently in the out of service state.

You can make lockers available for reservation and drop-off by placing the lockers in service if they are currently set to out of service.

  1. Tap the Log in icon on the Home screen. Follow the prompts to scan your code or enter your login details.

  2. Tap the menu icon.

  3. Tap Manage Lockers.

  4. Tap Out of service to highlight out of service lockers.
  5. Tap the out of service lockers you want to restore.
  6. Tap Place in Service.
  7. Tap the Log in icon on the Home screen, then tap Log out.
