Requesting a Refund for Traceable Shipments in SendPro Enterprise
How you request a refund for shipments in SendPro Enterprise depends on whether they are traceable shipments with a system-generated tracking number, USPS First Class, USPS First Class Flats, or stamps.
Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
Traceable shipments, which have a system-generated tracking number, may be voided in SendPro Enterprise. A refund will be automatically triggered. See Voiding a shipment in the SendPro Enterprise View app for instructions.
The void process will not trigger automatic refunds for USPS First Class, USPS First Class Flats, or Stamps (sheets and rolls). For shipments of these types, see Requesting a USPS refund in SendPro Enterprise.
