Requesting a Refund for Traceable PBSAPI Shipments in SendPro Enterprise
Traceable PBSAPI shipments, which have a system-generated tracking number, may be voided in SendPro Enterprise. A refund will be automatically triggered. See Voiding a shipment in the SendPro Enterprise View app for instructions.
The void process will not trigger automatic refunds for Return Labels, USPS First Class, USPS First Class Flats, or Stamps (sheets and rolls). For shipments of these types, see USPS IOP and Shipping API Postage Refund Instructions.
