"Refund cannot be initiated for FCM-IMB" message in SendPro Enterprise

Issue

When attempting to void a PB Shipping API - USPS First Class shipment that was shipped with either the Letter or First Class Large Envelope/Flat Package Type, an error is received stating: "Error message from PB Shipping API: 1070011 Refund cannot be initiated for FCM-IMB. Refund can not be initiated for FCM-IMB."

Cause

The shipment was processed using carrier PB Shipping API - USPS, service First Class, package type First Class Large Envelope/Flats or Letter. This creates a label with a Stamp (QR barcode in upper right of label) and not a IMpb barcode.

Resolution

This is considered a stamp transaction and cannot be processed through the Void options in the View App because there is no tracking barcode on the label. Please create a copy of the label and submit a refund request using the Requesting a Refund for Stamps in SendPro Enterprise process.
