Printing international stamps in PitneyShip or PitneyShip Pro

International stamps can be printed either on stamp sheets or stamp rolls. Stamp roll printing requires that DeviceHub be installed and configured.

International stamps can be printed either on stamp sheets or stamp rolls. Stamp roll printing requires that DeviceHub be installed and configured.

Note: If you are trying our new stamp printing experience, use the instructions below.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. From the Home screen, select the Stamps tab.
  2. Select Sheet or Roll, depending upon which one you are printing on.
  3. Select Custom Stamp.

  4. Select International.
  5. From the Country menu, select the country you're mailing to.
  6. Enter the weight. If you have an attached scale, select Get Weight to weigh the item on the scale. If you have more than one scale, select the arrow next to the Get Weightbutton to select your scale.

  7. Select the Mail Type.
  8. Select any other options to set up the stamp as needed.
  9. Select Add to Sheet or Add to Roll.

  10. (Optional) If using a stamp sheet, select Test Print to print a test sheet on plain paper. Test prints are for testing alignment only and do not use postage.
  11. Select Print Stamps.
  12. Select your printer and select Print Stamps.
    • If you are printing on a stamp roll, the stamp will be printed directly to the stamp roll printer.
    • If you are printing on a stamp sheet and you select Use browser printer, a PDF of the stamp sheet opens in a new browser window or tab. Use your browser's print function to print this file.
    • If you are printing on a stamp sheet and you select a DeviceHub printer, the stamp sheet is sent directly to the printer (no PDF opens).

New stamp printing experience

 If you are trying our new stamp printing experience, use these instructions instead:

  1. From the Home screen, select the Stamps tab.
  2. Select Sheet or Roll, depending upon which one you are printing on.
  3. From the Mail To menu, select the country you're mailing to.
  4. Enter the Weight. If you have an attached scale, select Get Weight to weigh the item on the scale. If you have more than one scale, select the arrow next to the Get Weight button to select your scale.
  5. Select the Service.

  7. Select Add to Sheet or Add to Roll.

  8. Select Print Stamps.
  9. Select your printer and select Print Stamps.
    • If you are printing on a stamp roll, the stamp will be printed directly to the stamp roll printer.
