Installing a replacement SendPro Mailstation
Products affected: SendPro® Mailstation, SendPro® Mailstation LITE (HZ0L)
Follow these instructions if you are installing a replacement SendPro Mailstation.
Before you begin
Ensure your new SendPro Mailstation has arrived before continuing with the steps below. You can return your old SendPro Mailstation after you receive your new device. The new device will include a UPS shipping label and packing instructions so you can easily return it.
There is no need to remove postage from the old SendPro Mailstation. The funds for SendPro Mailstation are stored on your PitneyShip account. When the replacement device is installed using the same email as the old device, the funds will appear on the postage account. There is no need to withdraw the funds. Unused postage is credited back to the original funding source.
Install the replacement device
Instructions to install your replacement SendPro Mailstation are included in the box when your new device arrives. Installation guides can also be viewed online.
The funds will appear on your postage account if you have installed the replacement SendPro Mailstation using the same email as the old device.
Return the old device
When your replacement SendPro Mailstation arrives, you will find a return kit in the box, the kit includes a UPS shipping label and packing instructions.
- You can drop off the device at a UPS Store or return it as part of a regularly scheduled UPS pickup.
- If you call UPS to schedule a special pickup, UPS will assess a charge that Pitney Bowes will not cover.
