ShipAccel Release Notes version 1.107.0 (June 26, 2025)
Products affected: ShipAccel
What's New
Enhancement to FedEx Authentication error message
Previously, users would see the message "A system error occurred, try again later" if their address validation failed and the maximum number of attempts was exceeded.
With the new enhancement, if a user encounters an error during the FedEx account authentication due to an address mismatch and exceeds the maximum number of attempts, they will receive an error message indicating their account is locked for 24 hours. The message will read: "Unable to authenticate FedEx account due to the incorrect address. Your account is locked for 24 hours due to exceeding maximum attempts. Please try again later."
Improved FedEx invoice authentication
We have made improvements to the FedEx invoice authentication. Users will receive an alert informing them not to use any special characters when entering their invoice number in the Invoice Number field. We have also added a notification to notify users to avoid multiple incorrect attempts: "If you have multiple failed attempts, this FedEx account will be blocked for 24 hours."
Ship Orders Grid - Bulk Edit
We have implemented a Bulk Edit feature, allowing users to edit multiple orders simultaneously. Users can select multiple orders from the Order Grid, and bulk edit shared fields such as Packaging Type, Dimensions, Weight, Services, and Carrier.
If an order cannot be edited due to its status, a warning message will be displayed. Users can save changes or cancel before navigating to other screens. The feature maintains grid filters and scroll position upon returning to the previous page. Bulk editing cannot be used for a mix of international and domestic orders.
Ship Orders Grid - Updated By and Imported By columns
We have added new columns and filters, Updated By and Imported By, to the Order Grid. The Updated By filter allows users to search for and select multiple usernames. The Imported By filter works similarly but is for users who manually created orders. Both filters enable users to remove selected usernames before applying the filter. When the Reset button is clicked, these filters will reset.
Ship Orders Grid - Canceled orders read only screen
We have implemented a feature that provides users with a read-only Edit Order screen for canceled orders. This new screen displays order details in a read-only format, including fields like the canceled progress bar, reason for cancellation, store name, and logo for store orders. If the order was created via file upload, it will show a file icon with the filename.
This feature applies to both the Side Panel Edit and Full Edit screens. The batch link will redirect to the batch view, and file upload orders will display the filename. Functional search, navigation, and print buttons on this screen will work as they do in other views. If there are no items in the order, the table headings will show a message stating, "This order has no items."
Ship Orders Grid - Create custom Views
We have introduced a feature that allows users to create custom views using filters and columns in the Orders Grid. Users can create new views by selecting the Create New View option from the Views menu, which will open a window. The new view saves the current filters and columns and appears at the bottom of the Views list once saved. After saving a new view, a message saying View Created Successfully will appear.
View names are limited to 50 characters, with inline validation for length and uniqueness. The newly created view will copy the orders appearing in the current view, including any applied filters or columns.

Ship Orders Grid - Update existing Views
We have introduced a feature that allows users to modify and save new filters or column settings to an existing View. Users can do this by selecting the Update view option from the Views menu. These changes will be visible in the Views panel, including any changes to the view's name.

Ship Orders Grid - Manage Views
Users can manage Views to display Orders by status, with options to edit, delete, and reorder views. New Views require unique names and appear at the end of the Views list.

Ship Orders Grid - Save View from Filter panel
We have added a Save View feature to the Order Filters Panel. The Save View button is located next to the Apply and Reset buttons in the filter panel, providing options to save or update views. Users can select Save as new view to create a new view. A window will appear, allowing users to enter a unique name and click the Save button, which will then add the new view to the left panel.

Ship Orders Grid - Voiding labels
We have introduced a feature that allows users to void a label from the Orders Grid or Order Detail screen. When a label is voided, a confirmation window with legal disclaimers will appear. After voiding, the order status changes to Unfulfilled.
Voided tracking numbers will be crossed out, and warnings will prompt users to manually update the tracking numbers in the marketplace if no replacement label is added based on the carriers. These warnings will disappear once a new tracking number is synced from the marketplace. When a label is voided, the fulfilled date, status update date, Updated By, and last updated fields will be updated accordingly.

Ship Orders Grid - Editing orders in side panel
We have added a feature that lets users edit orders individually or in bulk using the Side Panel in the Orders Grid. For domestic orders, users can select multiple orders and click the Edit button to make quick changes in the side panel. Clicking on a single order will also show the Side Panel with order details.
In the Side Panel, users can select a carrier, perform rate shopping, choose services, add notes, and take actions such as printing labels or packing slips. If more detailed edits are needed, users can expand to the Full Edit screen.
Bulk editing is only for domestic orders. For international orders, users can update details like export type and customs information individually. Orders can be edited if they are unfulfilled or on hold, while fulfilled, canceled, and shipped orders will be read-only.

Ship Orders Grid - Adaptive edit orders page
We have implemented an Edit Order page that adapts its layout to display only editable fields and available actions based on the order's status. For orders with statuses such as Unfulfilled and On Hold, users can edit all fields and perform actions, including changing the Ship To/From address, modifying package dimensions and weight, selecting a shipping service, and adding an internal note. For international orders, users must enter customs information.
Users can access action buttons like Move to Batch, Print Options, Print Packing Slip, Print, Email label, and Save in the editable view. For orders with statuses like Fulfilled, Shipped, and Canceled, all fields are rendered as read-only in the Side Panel edit. Clicking the expand icon in the side panel redirects users to a detailed edit screen.
