Adding expected delivery times to a carrier in PitneyTrack Enterprise
You can specify expected service level agreement (SLA) delivery time for carrier services. This information can be viewed in the Package Activity screen, and can be printed on delivery labels.

You can specify expected service level agreement (SLA) delivery time for carrier services. This information can be viewed in the Package Activity screen, and can be printed on delivery labels.
Updating an existing carrier
Important: You must duplicate a custom carrier to add a carrier service. Duplicating the carrier will copy the barcode decode logic and carrier services.
- Select Settings > Inbound Carriers.
- If necessary, select your Site.
- Select Duplicate Carrier for the carrier you want to update.
- Enter the name in the Name field.
- If necessary, select the Sites at which the carrier should be available.
Adding a new carrier
- Select Settings > Inbound Carriers.
- If necessary, select your Site.
- Select Add Inbound Carrier for the carrier you want to update.
- Enter the name in the Name field.
- If necessary, select the Sites at which the carrier should be available.
Adding a carrier service
- Enter the name in the Name field.
- If necessary, select the Sites at which the carrier should be available.
- Expand the carrier row.
- Select Carrier Services.
- Select Add Carrier Service.
- Enter the name in the Service Name field.
- Enter the service values decoded from the barcode in the Values Decoded from Barcode field, separated by commas.
- Set the internal delivery duration for the service in Set Delivery Time.
- Select Save.
