Statement terms
- Purchase Power is a line of credit that allows you to consolidate postage and shipping expenses into one account.
- Itemized statements are issued monthly.
- Flexible payment options let you pay the full balance, the minimum amount due, or any amount in between.
- Payments are due 27 days from the statement date.
Summary of charges explained
Refer to the image below for details about each section within the Summary of Your Charges.
- Previous Balance
- The balance carried over from your last statement period.
- A negative balance means you have a credit or overpayment on your account.
- Purchases
- All purchases made since your last statement.
- Shipping includes postage refills for PitneyShip or PitneyShip Pro.
- Postage Activity (if shown) reflects postage added to your meter to send mail.
- Total Purchases
- The total of all purchases made during this statement period.
- Payments
- Payments received since your last statement.
- Credits
- Any credits applied to your account during this period.
- Other Charges
- Additional fees charged to your Purchase Power account since your last statement.
- Finance Charges
- Interest or finance charges applied to any balance carried over, if applicable.
- New Balance
- The total amount due for this statement period.
- Minimum Payment Due
- The minimum payment required by the due date shown on your statement.
