Your Financials is redesigned to simplify your online billing, making it easier to check balances and make payments — with fewer clicks.  As well as:

• Summary of your accounts — just scroll down to instantly View, Print & Pay Bills.
• Navigation — quickly access transactions by using the menu list located on the left.
• Consolidated information — view all account activity on a single screen.

Summary page

How do I...

View & Print current or past bills - directly on the Summary screen.
• Scroll down below your account summaries to View, Print & Pay Bills.
• Sort the list using options for current bills or past bills, and choose a date range.
• Select the PDF icon to view and print a copy.

Pay Bills
 Easily choose the bills to pay from a consolidated view.
• Click a blue button, View & Pay, next to the total amount due.
OR, scroll down below your account summaries to View, Print & Pay Bills.
Pay button – click to make payments individually.
  (You will be able to review the details before submitting payment.)

See Current Balances
View current balances for all your Account Types, displayed at the top of the page - total amounts due to pay, and total available balances for use (Credit Lines & Prepaid accounts).

Account Types

Billing Accounts: 10-digits that display on Invoices for leases, rentals, supplies, service, software & data. Tip: Billing accounts can be setup with AutoPay.
Important: Billing accounts must be paid separately from credit lines and prepaid accounts.
Credit Lines: 16-digit account number associated with your Purchase Power® credit line balances and statements.
Prepaid Accounts: there are two types, Reserve Account and USPS® deposit account; both are often used for postage funding.
Subscriptions: accounts set up for billing your Pitney Bowes software and service subscriptions. Subscription statements are available for downloading and printing.

Make a payment directly from the Summary page, or from an Account Type page.

Two Account Types:

Billing Accounts > Invoices: lease, rentals, supplies, service, software & data
Credit Lines > Statements: Purchase Power® Credit Line statements
Note: You must use a bank account to pay these statements online.

How to Pay Invoices:
Navigate to the Invoices section under Billing Accounts. 
  • Filter to your preference, such as by Date Range.
  • Pay individual bills, one at a time, using the Pay button on the right.
  • Pay multiple bills at once, using the check boxes on the left.
  • See Invoice Details by clicking the blue invoice number. You can then pay on that screen.

How to Pay Credit Line Balances:

The summary of credit balances and available credit is shown at the top of the page. You can select an Account # in the dropdown on the left to see a quick statement balance by account.
  • Filter to your preference, such as by Date Range.
  • Pay individual bills, one at a time, using the Pay button on the right.
  • Pay multiple bills at once, using the check boxes on the left.
  • See Statement Details by clicking the blue account number. You can pay on that screen.

The Account Activity page consolidates your balance amounts for both Credit lines and Prepaid/reserve account transactions. Use filters to customize your view so you can see insights about your postage usage. Sort by Meter(s) or by Account Type

Prepaid Accounts
These are your Reserve Account or USPS® deposit accounts, used to pay for postage.
Credit Lines
Another way to pay for postage is with a Purchase Power® Credit Line account.

How to see Balances & Meter Refill Activity

• Select an option to view: All Activity and/or Meter refills only.
• Click the check boxes to pick Prepaid accounts or Credit lines or both.
• Use the calendar to select up to a 90-day date range to see refill transactions and postage added to meter.
• Click Download Report to view a PDF or CSV file of your transactions.

One screen for all your prior Billing Accounts Invoices & Credit Line Statements.

How to see Past Bills & Payment Statuses

• View payment history: See individual payment statuses, dates, amounts and sources.
  Tip: If you have AutoPay set up, you will see that indicated in the Status column.
• Sort using the column titles to get your preferred view.
Download past bills and statements from this page - select the PDF icon to view / print.

 Billing Accounts
 Click on the individual Invoice # to see the bill details.
 Credit Lines (Purchase Power)
 Click on the Account # to see the credit account statement details.

Account Types

How to view bill details

From either the Summary screen or using the menu options, select the bill account type you would like to view details.
For example, to view Subscription Statement details, select Statements from the menu.

On the Statements screen, select the blue account number to view  the full details.

To see Credit Lines or Prepaid Statements, just select that Statement type from the menu. Then select the blue account number for the statement you wish to see full details. 

To see details for your Billing accounts, select Invoices from the menu. Then select the blue account number to see the full details on screen: 


NoteNotes:

To change the Contact Name associated with billing, such as the name referenced on invoice or statement details, you must create an Account Support Case.
