What are the main changes of this Rate Change?

Royal Mail has announced removal of the following services from your franking machine:

  • International Tracked Letter Europe Zones 1, 2 & 3, Rest of World 1,2 & 3
  • International Tracked Large Letter Europe Zones 1, 2 & 3, Rest of World 1,2 & 3
  • International Tracked Small Parcel/ Printed Paper Europe Zones 1, 2 & 3, Rest of World 1,2 & 3

What changes are being made to International zones?

Zones are not changing but access to International Tracked, International Tracked & Signed and International Signed services will no longer be available via your franking machine.

Why do I need to up-date my machine?

Your machine must be updated with the latest rates to ensure your mail carries the correct postal costs (Requirement Of Royal Mail Franking Scheme, section 7) click here. Incorrect postage values may result in non-delivery of items and/or surcharges.

Will I be charged for an updated postal tariff for my equipment?

No. All rate updates are included as standard on Mailmark franking machines.

When will my rates be available to download?

  • PR20 (DM110-160-220) – 20th June
  • DM60 (K722) – 20th June
  • G922(DM300/400M) – 20th June
  • SendPro P (4W20) – 20th June
  • SendPro C / +/Auto/Auto + (1H20/7H20) – 24th June
  • SendPro Online (Pitneyship Pro) and SendPro Mailstation rates will automatically update from 14th July.
