Q1. What are the main changes of this Rate Change?
Royal Mail has announced changes to all their tariff prices for 2022. In addition to these changes, Royal Mail has announced new international zones covering Europe.

Q4. Why do I need to up-date my machine?
Your machine needs to be updated with the latest rates to ensure your mail carries the correct postal costs (Requirement Of Royal Mail Franking Scheme, section 7) click here. Incorrect postage values may result in non-delivery of items and/or surcharges.
Q5. Will I be charged for an updated postal tariff for my equipment?
For most clients we do not charge for the Rate Change. If you use a DM50 (K721), you may have been charged previously. Due to the meter decertification on the 31st of December 2022, we will not charge you for this rate change, however you will need to upgrade to a Mailmark compliant meter by the end of the year.
