Rates Download Available Date
- If you have recently added postage or completed a data upload on/after 1 March 2024, your machine may have already downloaded the new rates files. First check your meter's status using our Rate Confirmation Tool by entering your Meter Model and Serial Number.
- Please download as early as possible. Even if you download in advance of the effective date, the new rates will not activate until 2 April 2024.
- Depending on your meter type, an additional connection and/or download might be required on the effective date.
- Occasionally the meter will require a reboot on/after the effective date, in order to display the new Rates.
