Registering for the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal

Before you begin

When registering for a Your Account online profile, you will need the following information:

• Your 8 digit PrePay or Pay As You Go account number, your 8 digit Pitney Bowes Limited account number or your 8/10 digit Pitney Bowes Limited lease agreement number.*
• Your franking machine serial number or a recent invoice number or amount.

If you are unable to locate your account number, see Identifying your Pitney Bowes account or meter number.

*We recommend registering with a PrePay or Pay As You Go account number as this will automatically link your associated accounts.

If registering with a Pitney Bowes Limited account number, you will need to add your Pay As You Go or PrePay accounts after registration. See Adding account numbers to your online profile.

Register for the Your Account online portal

1. Go to the registration page.
2. Enter your email address and confirm your email address.
3. Enter your account number and click Continue.
4. Open the Select Information Criteria menu to validate your account and select a validation option
   • Serial Number
   • Invoice Number
   • Recent invoice amount
5. Enter the information to confirm your company account and click Submit.
6. Add your contact details then select Submit to create your profile.
7. Validate your email address by selecting the link from the authentication email that was sent.
