Access the UPS self serve portal to return used Pitney Bowes branded ink cartridges.

Important: The instructions provided below are for recycling empty Pitney Bowes branded ink cartridges only. For information on how to return unused consumables, see Consumables Return Policy and Procedure.

Returning a used ink cartridge

Access the self-serve UPS Portal.
Select Continue as Guest.
Enter the collection address details in the Ship From section.
Select a Label Delivery Method.
- : Review the collection information on the left to determine the best return package option.
Enter Used Inks in the Return Reference Number field.
Select Process Shipment to complete.
- Note: Ensure cartridges are boxed and sealed in suitable packaging when arranging returns.
