"Balance Too Low" or "Insufficient Funds" message on the DM Series and Connect+ Series, SendPro P

Refill your franking machine for a smaller amount or check your postage balance to the resolve Balance Too Low or Insufficient Funds message.

Issue

The franking machine cannot refill postage and the messages Balance Too Low or Insufficient Funds appear.

Cause

The attempted refill was for a higher amount then the funds available in the postage account.

Resolution
