If you are upgrading to SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ from an older device such as a mailstation Series or a DM 100 – 225, you must first withdraw your funds from the old device to your Pitney Bowes account and then add them to your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+.
This applies only to postage funds for Envelope Printing on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ device.
This method does not apply to Trackable Labels. If your new SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ device includes the Trackable Labels application, you must set up and fund your account during the installation process. The Trackable Labels funds use a separate account.
First, follow the procedure to withdraw the funds from your old device. Refer to the following:
Once you have withdrawn your funds from the old device, you need to add those funds to the new SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ when you install the new device.
After you install the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, you can add more postage to the Envelope Printing account.
- Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
- Tap Postage Balance.
- Tap Refill Postage.
- Enter your postage refill amount.
- Tap Refill Mail Postage.
- Tap View Receipt if you want to view or print a receipt.
- Tap Done.
Your updated postage balance appears on the Envelope Printing screen.
