Adding expected delivery times to a workflow in PitneyTrack Enterprise
Once you have created service level agreement (SLA) expected delivery times, you can add them to a workflow. This will enable tracking of actual delivery time against the expected delivery time specified in carrier services.

Once you have created service level agreement (SLA) expected delivery times, you can add them to a workflow. This will enable tracking of actual delivery time against the expected delivery time specified in carrier services.
- Select Settings > Input Fields Options.
- If necessary, select your Site.
- In the Receive, Edit, Deliver, and Pouch sections, check or uncheck the boxes for each field as needed:
- Check the Display box to show the field on the form and allow capture.
- Check the Required box to make the field required in a section.
- Select Mobile App and repeat the process, if desired.
- Select Save Settings, select the sites where you want to apply your changes to and select Update # Site(s) or Update All Sites.
- Synchronize mobile devices.
