The meter deducts the amount of your postage from the available funds on your meter. When your meter funds are low, you must add or refill more postage from your Pitney Bowes account.

Reset the waste tank counter to clear the message Waste Tank Nearly Full or Waste Tank Full.
Refilling Postage
To print postage onto your mail piece, you must transfer postage funds from your Pitney Bowes account to your meter. The meter deducts the amount of your postage from the available funds on your meter. When your meter funds are low, you must add or refill more postage from your Pitney Bowes account.
Request a refund for damaged or incorrectly printed mail by contacting An Post.
Use your franking machine to check your available postage balance in your PrePay or Pay As You Go account.
Refill your franking machine for a smaller amount or check your postage balance to resolve Balance Too Low or Insufficient Funds.

Rate Change
An Post periodically changes the postal rates. If new rates are available, you can download them onto your franking machine from Pitney Bowes.
