Credits for unused postage when returning a meter

Pitney Bowes starts the process of collecting your old franking machine after you receive a new machine or cancel your old franking machine.

• A link will be provided via email to return the old machine. Once the collection is booked a courier will be arranged to collect the old equipment. 
• After Pitney Bowes receives the franking machine, it is decommissioned. Unused postage is transferred to your Pitney Bowes Purchase Power or PrePay account within 5 - 10 working days. 

Confirm Unused Postage was Credited to Your Account 

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
2. Select Invoices for Purchase Power or PrePay Accounts from Your Financials.
3. Select the Transactions tab to view transactions posted to the account. 
   •  Unused postage credits will show as Unused Postage Re-Credit within the transactions tab.
