We always aim to provide our clients with the best experience when dealing with Pitney Bowes. If you’re unhappy with the service received or any of our products, we want to hear about it. 

We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days. On occasions or in exceptional situations where we are unable to resolve within that timeframe, we will advise you of the next steps and regularly update you throughout the process until resolution.

What happens next?

Your complaint will be logged and you will be provided with a unique reference. One of our dedicated team will investigate your complaint and liaise with the relevant areas of the business on your behalf. They will then provide you with our response and detail any actions that are required to resolve your complaint.
