Postage funding options for SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Shipping and mailing accounts on SendPro C devices

SendPro C devices have separate accounts for shipping and mailing. You must fund shipping label printing and envelope printing functions separately.

Create Shipping Labels account

When you create a shipping label, the funds come from the Create Shipping Labels account.

• You can only use funds from the Create Shipping Labels account to print shipping labels.
• You cannot use Create Shipping Label funds to print envelopes.

Print on Envelopes account

When you print an envelope, the postage comes from the Print on Envelopes account.

• You can only use postage in the Print on Envelopes account to print envelopes.
• You cannot use Print on Envelopes postage to create shipping labels.
