Your account number has changed.
You have been assigned a new 10-digit account number that will streamline access to your account information and make it easier for you to manage your business with us. (If you have multiple Pitney Bowes account numbers, each will be replaced with a new 10-digit account number.)
Keep an eye out for your new account number arriving with your next Pitney Bowes invoice after our upgrade. When you receive your invoice with your new 10-digit account number, register for our enhanced online experience at pitneybowes.us/signin and become familiar with our new features.
Please refer to your new 10-digit account number when making your payments with a check or electronically.

When you receive your invoice with your new 10-digit account number, register for our enhanced online account experience at pitneybowes.us/signin and become familiar with our new features.
Avoid payment processing delays and potential late fees by including your new 10-digit account number and payment coupon located at the bottom of your invoice.
Please note: You will receive a separate invoice for any past due amounts and late fees. Please pay this invoice promptly to avoid additional charges.
Pitney Bowes Lease Billing Changes
How and when we bill you has changed. Please read below to find out more:
- Your leasing invoice now reflects your current charges only. The previous format included current charges and any past due amounts and late fees.
- You will receive a separate invoice for any past due amounts and late fees. Please pay this invoice promptly to avoid additional charges.
- We are delivering your invoices earlier. Your due date remains the same.
- Your payment amount, due date, and address by mail has not changed.
- Register at pitneybowes.us/signin to see all your billing details - and pay your invoices online.
