Your new account number
You have been assigned a new Pitney Bowes 10-digit account number. Keep an eye out for your new account number, arriving with your first invoice when it is next due after January 1, 2017.
Please refer to your new account number when making payments by check or electronically. In the meantime, if you have payments to make before you receive your next invoice, please be sure to include your invoice number with your payment so it is applied correctly to your account.
Effective December 12, you can open, update and monitor your cases online 24/7 at www.pitneybowes.com/softwaresupport.
There, you will find support right at your fingertips. Simply enter your “How do I?” question in our searchable knowledge base.

Starting with your first billing after January 1, 2017, you will receive a new invoice designed to help you find detailed information about all your Pitney Bowes products and services in an easy-to-read format.
Avoid payment processing delays by including your new account number and payment coupon located at the bottom of your invoice.
