Issues fixed in this release

Package Notification: Send Reminder notification is delayed when the user set send notification to delay.

Package Notification: In locale time Stamp format is not correct for delayed email template.

Send reminder notification is not working for all the locale giving 500 Internal server error.

HTML Tags are coming in email notification
