Updating the Endicia Requester ID in SendSuite Live

Learn how to update the Endicia Requester ID in SendSuite Live.
Products affected: SendSuite® Live
  1. In the SendSuite® Live Shipment Server Configuration, go to Shipment Server Configuration > Carriers.
  2. Select the carrier USPS Postage.
  3. At the bottom under Security Credentials, click on the existing credential and select Edit.
  4. Update the Identifier to the correct Requester ID.
  5. Click OK to save.
