Enabling recipient capture from 2D carrier barcodes in SendSuite Tracking Online

Learn how to enable recipient capture from 2D carrier barcodes in SendSuite Tracking Online.

Carrier 2D barcodes often contain the package recipient's name. You can configure SendSuite Tracking Online to attempt to automatically populate the recipient when receiving a package on the Quick Receive screen.

Features availability varies by subscription level. If you have any questions regarding your subscription level, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select the gear icon in the upper right.
  2. Select Form Layouts.
  3. In the Quick Receive section, check the Use 2D barcode recipient box. The configuration is saved automatically.

Note: Depending on how the sender entered the recipient name, the name in the barcode may not exactly match a recipient in your contact list.
