Starting Feb. 11, 2019, the PB Shipping API USPS carrier will apply Automated Package Verification (APV) adjustments to the prepaid postage funding account.
To view the adjustment charges:
- On the Administrators page, select Shipment Server Configuration.
- Select the Reports tab.
- Expand PB Shipping API - USPS.
- Select Postage Adjustment Report.
- Enter the start and end dates.
- Select PB Shipping API USPS Account.
- Select its associated Shipper ID.
- Leave it set to Export as PDF.
- Click View Report.
If the Postage Adjustment Report is not available in the list, it may require updating the software to the latest version. Contact software support for assistance.
