Viewing the PB Shipping API USPS Automated Package Verification (APV) adjustment charge report in SendSuite Live

Starting Feb. 11, 2019, the PB Shipping API USPS carrier will apply Automated Package Verification (APV) adjustments to the prepaid postage funding account.

To view the adjustment charges:

  1. On the Administrators page, select Shipment Server Configuration.
  2. Select the Reports tab.
  3. Expand PB Shipping API - USPS.
  4. Select Postage Adjustment Report.
  5. Enter the start and end dates.
  6. Select PB Shipping API USPS Account.
  7. Select its associated Shipper ID.
  8. Leave it set to Export as PDF.
  9. Click View Report.

If the Postage Adjustment Report is not available in the list, it may require updating the software to the latest version. Contact software support for assistance.
