This is done in the mobile app, but the feature must first be configured in SendSuite® Tracking Online on the desktop. See Enabling recipient capture from 2D carrier barcodes in SendSuite Tracking Online
- Sign in to the SendSuite Mobile application.
- Tap Receive.
- Tap the Quick Receive tab. "Name in the 2D barcode will be used" is displayed below the Recipient field.
- Complete the Carrier and Package Location fields.
- Scan a 2D barcode into the Tracking Number field. SendSuite Tracking Online attempts to populate the Recipient field with the ship-to information embedded in the 2D barcode.
Depending on how the sender entered the recipient name, the name in the barcode may not exactly match a recipient in your contact list.
