When validating an address in SendSuite® Live, the error message "Unable to connect to remote server" or "Remote name could not be resolved" is displayed.


SendSuite Live requires access to various sites for address validation. One or more of the addresses are being blocked by a firewall, antivirus software, or network device.


Ensure that your firewall, antivirus software, and network devices (switch, router, etc.) allow the following addresses. Consult with your IT department for assistance.
