How to change the Endicia Pass Phrase in SendSuite Live

Learn how to change the Endicia Pass Phrase in SendSuite Live.

To change the Endicia Pass Phrase in SendSuite® Live:
  1. Select Windows Start > Programs > SendSuite Live > SendSuite Live Shipping Administrator.
  2. Open the SendSuite Live Shipment Server Configuration.
  3. Under Carriers, select Accounts
  4. Double-click on the Endicia account.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and select Change Pass Phrase.
  6. Enter the Old Pass Phrase, New Pass Phrase and Confirm New Pass Phrase.
  7. If the Pass Phrase has already been changed with Endicia.com, uncheck Change with Endicia Server.
  8. Select Submit.
