To edit the email server settings for shipment notifications in SendSuite® Live:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select SendSuite Live Shipping Administrator.
- Sign in.
- Select Shipment Server Configuration > Server > Server Options > Change Settings.
- Scroll down to the following fields and edit as needed. Contact your IT department to obtain the required information.
- Email Password
- Email Port
- Email Server
- Email Use SSL
- Email Username
- Select Save.
- Select OK.
- To test settings, go to Shipment Server Configuration > Server > Server Options > Scheduler and run the Shipment Notification task. If any SMTP errors show in the diagnostic logs, then the settings are most likely not correct. Verify that the correct information was entered.
