Configuring proof of delivery options in SendSuite Tracking Online

You can collect signatures, pictures, or ID card scans as proof of delivery for delivered packages. You can select a maximum of 2 options per delivery method (desktop and mobile).

  1. Select the gear icon in the upper right.
  2. Select Delivery.
  3. To select proof of delivery options for desktop delivery:
    1. Under Proof of Delivery, select the Desktop tab.
    2. Choose RequiredOptional, or Off for:
      • Signature (requires a Signature Pad)
      • Take a Picture (requires a webcam)
      • Scan ID Card (requires a magstripe reader or scanning device appropriate for the medium)
  4. To select proof of delivery options for mobile delivery:
    1. Under Proof of Delivery, select the Mobile tab.
    2. Choose RequiredOptional, or Off for:
      • Signature (requires a Signature Pad)
      • Take a Picture (requires a webcam)
      • Scan ID Card (requires a magstripe reader or scanning device appropriate for the medium)

Note: For attempted and refused packages, no signature is collected.
