Learn how to get a new DHL Waybill Number Range in SendSuite Live.

To get a new DHL Waybill Number Range:

Select Windows Start > All Programs > ConnectShip Progistics.
Right-click on Progistics Management Console and select Run as administrator.
Select Carrier Configuration > DHL Express.
Select your unit id.
Select Modify.
Clear the current range.
Make sure that the Auto-Generate Waybill Numbers and Automatically Retrieve Waybill Ranges boxes are checked.
Clear the Start and End Waybill range numbers.
Select Save.

The next time a DHL shipment is processed, Progistics Management Console will automatically get a new range of Waybill numbers from DHL.
