Receiving a package in the SendSuite Mobile App for SendSuite Tracking Online

  1. Open the SendSuite mobile app on the handheld device.
  2. Sign in to the app.
  3. If prompted, select your location.
  4. From the app home screen, tap Receive.
  5. Scan the carrier barcode, tap the field and type the tracking number using the soft keyboard, or tap the + next to the Tracking Number field to generate a tracking number. If the Carrier is not populated, tap and enter the Carrier.
  6. The default Status for new receiving transactions is Received. Tap the Status field to change the value. Available statuses are:
    • Received
    • Checkpoint
    • Delivered
    • Attempted
    • Refused
    • Reclaimed from Locker
    • Returned to Mailroom
    • Problem at Locker
  7. Tap the Location field to change the location, if desired.
  8. The Recipient may have been collected from the scan of the tracking number. If not, tap the Recipient field to search for and select an existing recipient. To add a new recipient:
    1. Enter the first and last name of the recipient (separated by a space).
    2. Tap the Add button.
    3. Type of Recipient will already be checked. Optionally, mark the record to also be a Sender by checking the Sender checkbox.
    4. Complete the remaining fields on the form, as needed. Tap Save.
  9. The Sender may have been collected from the scan of the tracking number. If not, tap the Sender field to search for and select an existing sender. To add a new sender:
    1. Enter the complete name of the sender then tap Add.
    2. Type of Sender will already be checked. (Optional) Mark the record to also be a Recipient by checking the Recipient checkbox.
    3. Tap Save.
  10. If the package arrived damaged, check the Arrived damaged checkbox.
  11. (Optional) Enter Comments.
  12. If custom fields have been created, completed them as instructed by your administrator.
  13. (Optional) To add photos:
    1. Tap the Camera icon in the upper right. This activates the camera.
    2. Aim the camera, using the video on the screen as the viewfinder, then tap the camera icon in the bottom center of the screen to capture the image.
      • To delete an image, tap it, then tap the garbage can icon in the upper right. Use the navigation arrows in the upper right to browse images.
      • To add more images (limit 5), tap the camera icon in the upper right and repeat.
    3. Once all photos have been taken, tap DONE.
    4. Tap the return arrow (pointing left) in the upper left of the screen to return to the receiving screen. The camera icon in the upper right will now show a value reflecting the number of images that will be saved with the package record.
  14. If a portable printer is configured, tap the Printer icon in the upper right to print a receiving label.
  15. Tap Save to commit the transaction or Cancel to abort the transaction.
