Enabling tracking numbers for packages without carrier tracking number in SendSuite Tracking Online

You can enable the creation of tracking numbers for packages that do not have a carrier tracking number.

Note: Only users with an Admin role can perform this procedure.

This requires a subscription that supports this feature.  
  1. Select the gear icon in the upper right.
  2. Select Tracking Numbers.
  3. Select Off to disable the option, or On to enable it.
