Delivering a package from the desktop in SendSuite Tracking Online

To deliver a package from the desktop:
  1. On the home screen, select Deliver.
  2. Scan the carrier barcode or enter the tracking number. This will display all data related to the package.
  3. The Status field should default to Delivered. Select the drop-down arrow to change if needed. Other options are:
    • Attempted
    • Refused
  4. The Delivered to field will be populated based on your delivery settings.
  5. (Optional) If the Recipient's name is not listed, you can add them to your Contacts.
  6. (Optional) If the Sender's name is not listed, you can add them to your Contacts.
  7. (Optional) If the package is damaged, select the Arrived damaged box.
  8. (Optional) Enter any additional comments in the Comments box if desired.
  9. (Optional) Select + under Photos and to select and upload images if desired.
  10. Select Save and Print to save the package, print a label, and move to the next package, or select Save to save and move to the next package without printing a label.
